Reem Acra Resort Pre-Spring Fashion 2013 Details: I don’t know much about Reem Acra brand and rarely see their collections. But their range for Resort/ Pre-Spring 2013 season made me interested.
Not because I found something really amazing or surprising but because the pieces in the collection seem too similar to the ones created by other designers and fashion houses. I don’t want to criticize the label in any way, but when I look at the range presented below I recognize details from Elie Saab, Marchesa, Alberta Ferretti and even Oscar de la Renta collections in it. I know it is not easy to invent something new and that’s why we can see so many dresses which look alike on the red carpet, but we pay so much money for designer pieces that I think we deserve having unique pieces.
Speaking about the collection itself I can say it looks very beautiful. Dresses come in at least three different styles. There are delicate lace cocktail and evening dresses, sumptuous red-carpet-ready floor-length gowns decorated with embroidery and crystals, and Grecian-style gowns in chic shining fabrics with elaborate neck details.
